United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit entschied im Fall F.B.T. Productions

Im Juli 2010 entschied der United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit im Fall F.B.T. Productions, LLC gegen Aftermath Records, dass F.B.T. Productions und Eminem eine Lizenzgebühr in Höhe von 50 Prozent der Nettoeinnahmen von Aftermath aus der Lizenzierung seiner Aufnahmen an Unternehmen wie Apple, Sprint Corporation, Nextel Communications, Cingular und T-Mobile zustand. Im März 2011 lehnte der Supreme Court of the United States es ab, den Fall anzuhören.
