Xerox a annoncé l'intention d'acquérir Affiliated Computer Services

Le 28 septembre 2009, Xerox a annoncé son intention d'acquérir Affiliated Computer Services, une société de services et d'externalisation, pour 6,4 milliards de dollars. L'acquisition a été finalisée en février 2010. Xerox a déclaré avoir payé 4,935 actions Xerox et 18,60 $ en numéraire pour chaque action d'ACS, soit un total de 6,4 milliards de dollars, ou 63,11 $ par action pour l'entreprise.
