League of Legends - P Visa
Time: Thursday Jul 11, 2013
Place: Washington D.C., U.S.
Details: On July 11, 2013, Riot Games announced that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services recognized League of Legends pro players as professional athletes and that the P visa application process would be more simplified for them. These changes allowed professional players to stay in the United States for up to five years. Despite these reforms, there have still been a number of visa problems that have occurred for players in the LCS and other LoL tournaments entering the United States.
