In February 2019, Branson helped organize an international benefit concert, Venezuela Aid Live, to bring worldwide attention to the humanitarian crisis and raise funds for humanitarian aid.
The concert took place on 22 February in Cúcuta, Colombia, on the Venezuelan border.
