Russell Bufalino - Frank Sheeran
Time: 1955
Place: U.S.
Details: Bufalino met truck driver Frank Sheeran in 1955, when Bufalino offered to help him fix his truck; Sheeran later worked jobs driving him around and making deliveries. Bufalino had introduced Sheeran to Teamsters International President Jimmy Hoffa. Hoffa, who became a close friend to Sheeran, used him for muscle, including the assassination of recalcitrant union members and members of rival unions threatening the Teamsters' turf.
